Agreement to terms

This User Agreement forms a binding agreement between you and Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the website rialto.me.uk ("the Website"). The Company operates under UK Gambling Commission licence number 057924-R-334666-006.

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the Website immediately.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We may amend these terms from time to time. The amended terms take effect once they are published on the Website, and your continued use of the Website after that point constitutes acceptance of them.

Subject to the same limits, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Website will not exceed the amount that we consider reasonable in the circumstances, having regard to the loss you have actually suffered and that was reasonably foreseeable.

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Website, except to the extent that they were caused by our own breach or negligence.

Applicable law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws applicable to the provision of gambling services to customers in Great Britain.

The courts with jurisdiction under those laws will have authority to settle any such dispute or claim. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in another place where the law allows.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. A failure by us to enforce any right under these terms is not a waiver of that right.
